Hello! I'm having some problems with the HP Envy 4500's scanner specifically. Last week, the scanner suddenly stopped responding to anything. I can't scan from any computer, and when trying to make a copy on the printer itself, pressing the Start Black/White or Start Colour Scan does nothing.
